Week 7 - MKTG 6101 - Chapter 7 Ascend Your Startup

 Greetings Everyone!

Hope you are all doing well.

 In this week's blog, I will be explaining what I learned after reading the chapter 7 of the book Ascend you Startup. The main summary is dictated towards and understanding for other cultures and collaboration with individuals who are experienced in the practices/aesthetic of these cultures. These individuals who are experienced/enriched in culture has now become more of an asset, because once you have the knowledge on a certain group that honors a certain tradition it will only help out in reaching those people and conducting an ad or event that will give these people proper engagement and thus 'win them over'.  

In the reading, there were a lot of insightful information that was dictated towards Cultural collaboration and it is because there was a need to explain to the reader how vital it is for any business to adopt these principles as it assures them that their audience and new customers will acknowledge how the business is devoted to promoting diversity and for other cultures to feel included in the overall movement. Using techniques such as cultural collaboration has proven to only expand the success of any business due to how it provides the company with level of understanding that is always useful when attempting to make outsiders to feel included. I have worked in many office settings and I have noticed that there is a difference in how some companies take on this approach. Most companies are already in-tune with making adjustments towards Holidays such as St.Patricks day which hold an element of another culture in the holiday celebration. Most companies that adopt this understanding into their workplace are likely to have more success in relating with its audience/target audience.
